Project Manager

This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award. This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative.  The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation.  This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.   International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects to improve healthcare delivery, manage resources efficiently, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. They collaborate with medical staff and administrators to implement solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloped comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure project success. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and keep projects on track. Ensure that projects outcomes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns. Oversee project budgets, ensuring expenditures are within allocated funds in identifying cost saving opportunities. Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, meeting minutes, to support transparency and accountability. Evaluate project performance, conduct post project reviews, and implement lessons learned future project management processes. This list is non-exhaustive, and the role holder may be required to undertake additional duties that are not specifically listed above.

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects and resources necessary to install and service products on multiple customer projects. The Project Manager will need to communicate with the lead technicians, trim technicians, programmers and the scheduler. Organizing supplies and job documentation will be among daily duties. Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct hand off meetings with Sales team to ensure customers’ expectations will be met. Coordinate with job superintendent to establish job site regulations and communicate AV needs from other trades are met. Communicate all billable change orders to sales and engineering Review sales order, product list and scope of work prior to any resources being allocated Coordinate with Scheduling Coordinator to deploy resources to complete projects. Coordinate with buyer to ensure timely arrival of materials required Meet with subcontractors to ensure they understand their role in the project Responsible for all aspects of onsite installation of AV systems Adherence to project timeline and expectations Set up, configure and program networks, control systems, cameras and NVRs Review & react to daily updates to project documentation and work orders in job management software Accurate time clock entries and job costing Make decisions and be held accountable to Time and Materials Client training and transition to service department Conduct quality checks and enforce company standards On call rotation maybe required Some out-of-town travel may be required at times due to clients having multiple homes in other cities and states. Provide training or communication to disseminate pertinent information as required Fiscal responsibility for all assets & property assigned Customer service, including the ability to work with high profile and high demand customers Guardianship and preservation of client confidentiality and network/home security Adherence to state and federal laws, including adherence to traffic laws Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relative work experience A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager The Project Manager must have previous project management experience or relative examples of large project completion Must pursue continuing education on systems including audio, video, security, lighting Prior experience managing successful projects with values ranging $5M and above Must be able to read house plans other job site related documentation Advanced communications skills in both written and verbal disciplines Basic wiring and connectivity skills as it pertains to low voltage standards Trouble shooting skills are essential Basic computer skills with the ability to become competent with in-house job management software Attention to detail, particularly regarding key component placement & system wiring Additional Requirements: Flexibility to meet customer demands outside of normal working hours Valid driver\'s license, clean driving record, and criminal background Security license preferred Physical Requirements: May require standing or stooping for extended periods Ability to work in tight spaces & at ladder height Additional Information BRAVAS offers competitive salaries, bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance, prescription drug coverage, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, PTO and holiday pay.
