Project setup entry in LIMS.
Manage subcontract work.
Create final reports.
Answer phones/email reports.
Maintain client files.
Review client reports.
Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
Prepare quote and basic proposals.
Other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesAbout you:
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
Problem solving skills.
Team oriented.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
1 - 3 years of laboratory experience is preferred.
0 - 5 year of project management experience is preferred
Physical Demands:
Able to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer;
Able to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions;
Able to lift and carry files weighing up to 5 pounds;
Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen;
Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
