Description We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with various clerical duties. This role presents a short term contract employment opportunity in the automotive industry.Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individual or department Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients over the phone Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks as assigned by the manager Print necessary sales forms and temporary tags for the sales team Log customer information for follow-up purposes Utilize basic office skills and MS Word for data entry and filing tasks Ensure accuracy of customer data records Exhibit strong facilitation skills for effective customer service Maintain a proficient typing speed of 45 - 60 WPM for efficient data entry.
