Proven experience in using flow cytometry analysis using software like FlowJo, Kaluza Analysis software.

Proficiency in analyzing Mass Cytometry and spectral flow data using software packages including but not limited to Cytobank and ID7000™ Spectral Cell Analyzer.

Experience in image analysis software such as ImageJ, Visiopharm etc.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIESScientific Management/Collaboration

Collaborates with the leadership to finalize project SOP and best practices

Prepares data analysis and close out reports related to each project

Contributes to the overall scientific management of CAR NK project

Provides scientific input, including assistance in the design of preclinical and translational research, interpretation of data and design of follow-up experiments, troubleshooting issues, and providing results and conclusions to program leadership, collaborators, and co-workers.

Complete laboratory work if necessary and integral to the completion of a scientific project

Grant Development, Scientific Writing, and Publications

Authors, coordinates, and creates technical reports, abstracts, slide presentations, spreadsheets, posters, and manuscripts for submission to corporate and federal sponsors, conferences, and scientific journals.

Supports production of medical illustrations, publication graphics, scientific posters, and slide presentations for national and international meetings.

Technology Platforms

  • JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES

  • The Yee Laboratory at MD Anderson Cancer Center focuses on research to understand human T cell biology, anti-tumor immunity, and the development of translational strategies using TCR-based cellular therapies. This position will support the scientific needs of the Immunopeptidome discovery pipeline within the STRIDE Program for TCR-Based Therapeutics (ProTCT). The ultimate goal of ProTCT is to deliver novel T cell-based treatment modalities for advanced cancers, investigate T cell based-responses across the IO spectrum and contribute to MD Anderson\'s mission to make Cancer History.

  • The Institute Senior Research Scientist participates in cross-functional research to identify and validate novel oncology targets, and applies deep biological insights to then translate these findings into novel oncology therapeutic agents to benefit patients.
