Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Analyst in Houston, Texas. This role is vital for the transition of our organization from JDE to Workday, requiring a detail-oriented individual to migrate, test, train, and support the implementation of our Workday system.Responsibilities: Lead the migration process from JDE to Workday, ensuring a seamless transition of data, processes, and workflows. Evaluate existing processes within JDE and develop equivalent solutions within Workday. Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and constraints, ensuring that Workday implementation meets their specific requirements. Conduct rigorous testing of Workday functionality and configuration to ensure integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data transfer. Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver user-friendly training sessions to employees to enable them to use Workday effectively. Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the Workday system. Comply with project timelines and deliverables, ensuring the successful completion of the conversion. Work closely with the IT team and Workday representatives to design, build, and implement necessary customizations and integrations. Create detailed reports on progress and any potential setbacks throughout the implementation project. Utilize skills in Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, IBM, Microsoft, AB Testing, Business Requirement Document, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to effectively perform duties.
