Manage in-person and virtual job fairs and recruitment events, and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, community organizations, and public agencies. Cotton combines this diverse suite of services with top talent, innovative technology, and a large inventory of company-owned assets, to offer clients a total solutions package in support of disaster events and large development projects, including complex work environments.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do:Own the full recruitment life cycle - from kicking off roles with hiring managers to building pipelines and shepherding candidates through a standardized interview process, all the way through to extending and negotiating offers and securing hires. Partner closely with hiring managers to create innovative engagement strategies alongside consistent processes that will identify and attract the right talent for our business needs.Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top talent for field positions, focusing on restoration and reconstruction, culinary, operators, field crew, and other relevant CAT-related roles. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish as well as conducting job fairs and external events to build candidate pipelines.

Field Engagement: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and challenges of our field and operational teams. This hands-on approach ensures you effectively match candidates with the right opportunities. You'll collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle, from building candidate pipelines to securing top talent. Additionally, you'll take the lead in organizing and participating in job fairs, both in-person and virtual, and work to secure partnerships with external stakeholders, including industry leaders, community organizations, and public agencies, to expand and strengthen candidate pipelines across the entire organization.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HRBPs and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Establish partnerships with external organizations to build and strengthen the candidate pipeline.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless hiring process, helping to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive practices, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations for improving our recruitment processes.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseWho We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual Field Recruiter with proven experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry. The ideal candidate excels in building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, is highly organized, and understands the unique needs and challenges of our field teams, providing effective solutions.Skills and knowledge you should possess:

Recruiting Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruiting for field positions, particularly in the restoration, reconstruction, or construction industries.

Bilingual Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Travel Ability: Willingness and ability to travel to field sites to engage with hiring managers and candidates.

ATS Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Flexibility & Agility: Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed to accommodate the needs of the field teams and candidates.

Qualifications & Experience:

Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the dynamics and diversity of the restoration and reconstruction workforce.

Community Engagement: Strong networking skills with active membership/affiliation in related trade groups, associations, and organizations.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain integrity when handling confidential information.
