Job Disclosure This is a temporary position , with a maximum employment timeframe of 6 months. Job Summary The Warehouse/Production worker will assist the production team in preparing and assembling bolting products for shipment. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Manually assembles studs and nuts needed for each customer order.

Assists in verifying correct measurements, quantity, and material type per work order.

Reviews work orders and prepares bolting material needed.

Assembles boxes for current or future shipments.

Assists in over tapping, threading, and pulling of nuts and bolts.

Processes and organizes incoming inventory in designated areas.

Packages bolting products in preparation for shipment.

Assists Line Operators in advancing products thorough the production line.

Assists in verifying incoming vendor or supplier products meet company standards.

May be trained to assist in various departments/areas.

Must understand and follow all safety rules and regulations.

Must have clear understanding of Quality Policy and Quality System Programs.

Must maintain a clean workstation.

Skills

Ability to understand written/verbal instructions.

Ability to read & understand measuring tools such as tape measurer and/or ruler.

Must understand basic fraction/decimal math conversions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Experience

Required: No prior work experience required.

Preferred: Previous work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Preferred: Previous experience operating a forklift.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, climb, bend, stoop, push and pull.

Continuous standing and/or walking.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently when needed.

Must be able to lift 35 pounds on a continuous basis.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively; capable of listening intently; visual acuity to process work orders.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facility.

Good eye/hand/foot coordination.

Ability to work in cold, hot and/or dusty environment, with noisy conditions.

Pay Disclosure

Hourly pay range based on experience: $15.50 - $16.50.
