Operate metal welding machinery including GMAW, GMAQ/T, and GTAW (MIG, TIG).
Operate metal working/handling machinery including Metal cut-off saw, band, saw, cutting torch, forklift, and Overhead cranes.
Safety, Sanitation, and Security – Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Welding Certification. Ability to weld with a variety of alloys including mild steel, 316L Stainless, alloy 825, alloy 20 to 4140, 13 chrome, and other Corrosion corrosion-resistant alloys.
Knowledge of the well-screen product lines for the purposes of fabrication is a plus.
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Read, interpret, and work from drawings, diagrams, sketches, or material specifications.
BEHAVIORAL ABILITIES
Works with a combination of welders and personnel from other departments to accomplish manufacturing project objectives.
Proficient in communicating with colleagues and in creating a team working environment.
Knowledge of welding tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote safe operations.
Ethical business practices.
Applicable PPE is required to complete assigned tasks.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED
A minimum of one to three years of work-related experience and/or training in MIG, TIG, and ROD; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training at a welding school is a plus.
