Help Wanted: Farm Caretaker

Are you ready to work hard, lead a team, and grow with us? Three Dudes Farm, a dynamic startup flower farm, is seeking a dedicated Farm Caretaker to join us at the ground level and help build something extraordinary.
About the Role
On-Season (March–November): Full-time, up to 7 days per week
Off-Season (December–February): Significant downtime, typically 3 days per week
Your duties will include:
Property Maintenance: Landscaping, fence repairs, and consistent upkeep of an 8-acre farm
Plant Care: Planting, weeding, scheduled watering, composting, and tilling (manual and automatic)
Harvesting: Harvesting flowers, conditioning, and maintaining cooler inventory
Miscellaneous Tasks: Occasional deliveries, small carpentry projects, and property upkeep
Farm work varies with the season. Expect long days (12–16 hours during peak times), early mornings (6 AM summer starts), and flexibility to adapt to the farm’s needs. Breaks are provided throughout the day.

Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
Be fluent in English
Have a valid driver’s license
Be able to work early mornings and long hours during peak seasons

Have a spouse or partner
Have children or pets
Do not meet the language or license requirements
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary: $2,000/month with significant growth potential
Housing: A large private apartment connected to the main living area, with all bills paid
