We are looking for an executive assistant/sales administrator to help us managing various businesses. We're looking for a person with the following skills:
- Experienced with QuickBooks (inventory management, invoices, etc)
- Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
- Marketing and Sales abilities
- Willing to do cold calling
- Ability to take orders on the phone
- Great customer service skills
- Experience managing CRM software (we use HubSpot)
This is an in-office position. No remote work.
Ideally a bilingual person (Spanish/English)
Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience
