We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide clerical
support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
Responsibilities of the Support Specialist are as follows:
✅Responsibilities:
Maintain COO’s calendar.
Conduct data entry tasks.
Answer phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk
In occasion, assist purchasing, invoice processing, data entry, and general office duties.
Retrieve job folders and historical information from the company’s ERP system.
Order office supplies and select shop materials.
Create shipping labels, packing lists, and other related documents.
Provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft outlook.
Proficient in Microsoft excel.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Punctuality and adherence to office schedules.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
