Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.Duties: Design, develop, and enhance Personal Banking and Wealth Management Technology software applications. Use Cobol, JCL, CICS, and DB2 to design, develop and enhance software systems, perform unit testing, and assess controls and systems risk to software. Use Changeman, Infoman and Service Now to prepare software package and install new software. Manage technology risk, controls, safety and soundness of projects using Scrum and Agile methodologies. Liaise with technology stakeholders to design, enhance, and implement appropriate system environments. Ensure compliance with internal technology protocols and regulatory standards. Analyze business and customer requirements, problems, and develop solutions. Follow incident management process to analyze and resolve level three incidents using ICETOOL, Spufi, File Aid, and Syncsort to investigate and fix issues. Review vulnerability and threats using Java. Use JIRA to perform capacity tracking, feasibility analysis, service reliability assessments and cost-effort estimations for incoming application development initiatives and projects. Perform design, story grooming, development, coding, testing, debugging and implementation for projects. Coordinate between scrum team and follow agile process for projects under application. Identify blocking issues, provide resolution, plan contingency for delays, track and mitigate risk for all projects. Communicate project status to senior leaders and escalate blocking issues as appropriate. Develop, analyze and debug code. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology Management or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Application Developer, Senior Analyst, Software Developer, Senior Programmer, Software Engineer, IT Analyst or related position involving software development with Mainframe and Open System technologies. 6 years of experience must include: Mainframe and Open System technologies: Cobol, Job Control Language (JCL), Customer Information Control System (CICS), and Database II (DB2); Changeman, Infoman, and Service Now; Syncsort, ICETOOL, Spufi, and File Aid; Java; JIRA; Project Management; and Agile and Scrum methodologies.
