About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking an ATM Transformation Director within Consumer Small Business Banking Branch Channel Management organization.The ATM Transformation Director for ATM and Branch Hardware Strategy will spearhead the development and execution of the hardware strategy for ATMs and branch operations, fostering innovation and efficiency. Manage and develop 23 business owned products with focus on implementing and delivering long-term strategies, product management, and process advancements for cross-functional stakeholders,

Identify risk management opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development to enhance ATM operational excellence and process efficiency

Lead team for assigned for product and project management ensuring solutions are designed, integrated, and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

Interpret and develop a range of policies and procedures for long-range and fundamental retooling of perspective, approach, culture, quality, relationships, operations, and capabilities

Collaborate and influence functional management to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo strategies or policies and business line objectives

Manage allocation of people and financial resources including annual planning, forecasting and contracts

Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of management experience

Desired Qualifications:

8+ years of experience implementing long term strategies impacting Retail Branch customer

Experience with ATM Software and ATM Hardware

Experience driving transformational change

Experience leading teams in risk assessment activities and resolution processes

Experience partnering, influencing, and driving change through senior leaders

Experience engaging partners to execute a roadmap that delivers value

Ability to set and communicate a compelling future direction for the team or organization

Ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations to diverse stakeholders
