Facilitate the analyses and mapping ofprocesses
Contribute to the design and implementation of processimprovements
Identify improvement opportunities andinefficiencies
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ideas for continuousimprovement
Utilize data to identify opportunities forimprovement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain metrics to measure the successand impact of continuous improvementinitiatives.
Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout theorganization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of proposed changes andgarnersupport.
Develop and deliver training programs to support a culture of learning, agility, andcontinuousimprovement.
Advise and coach teams in executing improvementinitiatives
Assist or lead multiple CIinitiatives
Collaborate with CI initiative (kaizen) owners to achieve implementation of theirimprovementideas
Utilize facilitation skills to enable teams to discover and improvetogether
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Agile, Lean, HumanPerformance Improvement (HPI), Human & Organizational Performance(HOP), Change Management, or a related field –OR– Bachelor's degreein Business, Technology, Engineering, Process Engineering, Psychology,Neuroscience, or related field
Experience with data visualization tools and business process mapping
Experience with training and/or facilitating
Skills required: Problem solving, project management, organization,leadership, communication, training, facilitation, collaboration, andstrategist
Highly desired certifications: Agile (Kanban, Scrum, etc.), Lean (kaizen,Shingo, Root Cause Analysis, etc.), or Six Sigma certification (any level).
Helpful certifications: Business Process Management (BPM)certification, Project Management Professional certification (CAPM orPMP), or Change Management Professional certification (ACMP orCCMP)
