Proactively identify performance gaps within the supply base and develop improvement plans for the identified gaps. Establish global category priorities based on benefits and opportunities, and ensure conformance and compliance with all major certifying agencies both internal and external to the enterprise. Own the supplier relationship management for Caterpillar’s global Unformed Steel category.at an executive leadership level.
