In this role, you will align IT solutions with our global business strategy, focusing on critical areas like Engineering, Product Development, Remanufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. Your role involves driving emerging technology trends and collaborating closely with business leaders, process partners, vendors, and IT support staff. You will tackle complex business problems with innovative solutions, enabling new capabilities to support our business objectives. Additionally, you'll offer thought leadership by strategically influencing business partners, applying new technology to the business, and considering aspects such as value, total cost of ownership, architecture, integration, and risk management. This position is crucial in ensuring our IT initiatives and strategies are seamlessly integrated and effectively support our global operations in the Energy and Transportation segment.What You Will Do:This role acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to develop IT solutions leveraging existing & new platforms to realize Reman business goals. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Development of evolving solution architecture that aligns with business needs and enterprise guiding principles.

Be responsible to define and co-develop business processes, and solutions for the identified business challenge, and needs.

Establishing alignment to major programs within the Reman Division space including capacity and modernization initiatives.

Be accountable to ensure successful completion of Solution Architecture on-time, on-budget and quality working with diverse global business and IT members across enterprise.

Be accountable to collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Software Architects and Project Managers to develop the project estimate and staff plan to realize the project goals.

Provide business architecture guidance across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Lead solution architecture development during project planning, execution & closure phases, including ongoing continues improvements to evolving architecture needs for business scope.

Document and influence business requirements from various business partners to achieve business outcomes.

Provide stakeholder communication and ongoing solution architecture updates to IT and Business Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and other global architects.

Resolve issues and eliminate roadblocks to realize project solution architecture to ensure no delay in project implementation.

Trusted liaison between business & enterprise IT throughout the life of the new product introduction, implementation, deployment, transition to support and ongoing continuous improvements.

Beyond these responsibilities, the incumbent will also understand and apply deployment strategies for complex enterprise IT platforms. This will also include providing inputs for continuous improvement plans of deployment efficiency. In doing so, the incumbent will seek to identify lessons learned from current & previous deployments and apply them to tools & methodology.What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science (IT), or a related discipline is required.

Strong progressively complex IT system design and development experience in major enterprise IT systems, and cloud platform integrations

Experience in IT architecture development in either waterfall and agile project methodology.

Strong understanding and experience in development of evolving architecture for the New Product Introduction.

Collaborative skills working with Business Partners in developing Business Processes, creation of Architecture Design Documents and share with senior IT and Business leaders.

Strong organization and planning skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to adjust plan to evolving business needs.

Strengths in personal planning, initiating actions, delegation, building consensus, decision making, leadership and interpersonal skills areas.

Industrial manufacturing experience, digital manufacturing transformation background, and leadership through influence in a highly matrixed and federated environment.

Innovation mindset

Experience in applying lean skills.

Experience in multiple technologies including Distributed / Mainframe / Integration / ERP

Working with diverse global internal and external staff.
