Company DescriptionJob DescriptionEpsilon is seeking a Software Developer, who will participate in our New Grad Program , to support our Digital Experience group within our Technology Practice.As a participant in the New Grad Program , you will have the opportunity to fast-track your career with Epsilon. The program includes an 8-week training curriculum (both professional & technical training), a formal mentoring partnership, various networking opportunities (speed networking events, leader meet & greets, group lunches and social events), and long-term career guidance. Responsibilities May Include (All or Some) Tasks Below:
Have a working knowledge of statistical and quantitative analysis, machine learning methodologies, data mining, database and programming expertise, visualization and research methodologies
Create and run reports utilizing the appropriate BI tools.
Creating unique and distinct user identities
Perform BI tool administrative tasks, such as user management, access control, and security model maintenance.
Follow Data Management processes and procedures and support the creation of data definitions, business rules and data access methods.
Collaborate with database administrators on database design, data mart structure and the technical architecture of the data delivery environment.
Performs BI applications maintenance and production support
Manage key deliverables from clients contributing to programs and projects success criteria
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree candidate with Technical and/or Analytics concentration preferred
Proficiency with SQL, R, HTML, Javascript, Python, REST API’s, SAP Business Objects, and other BI tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Experience with analytic platforms like SAS, Alteryx, Dataiku or AWS
Machine learning experience is a plus
Excellent listening & communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Able to work in a team & build effective relationships
Demonstrated leadership skills
Self-starter, with strong initiative
