Description We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role is crucial to our operations within the Commercial and Multi-family HVAC industry and involves managing various projects and teams. The position is based in a dynamic workplace and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Key responsibilities: Supervising day-to-day operations on the job site to ensure an efficient workflow Leading and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians and installers Conducting regular meetings to communicate project goals and expectations to the team Coordinating and scheduling work to meet project milestones Ensuring all installations adhere to the highest quality and safety standards Managing client interactions, addressing concerns, and providing project updates Monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules as necessary for timely completion Inspecting work for adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction Maintaining accurate records of labor, materials, and project costs and preparing reports on project progressSkills: Proficiency in Budget Processes and Communication Knowledge of HVAC systems and Commercial Property Management Experience with Multifamily Properties and Corporate & Commercial operations Technical Certifications related to the industry.Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role in a related field Strong understanding of budget processes and financial management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with HVAC systems or similar technical systems Familiarity with multifamily properties, corporate and commercial environments Proficiency in commercial real estate and commercial property management Relevant technical certifications are highly desirable Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficiency in project management software and other relevant IT tools.
