The Senior Analyst works with multiple internal and external stakeholders to generate, red-line, and prepare contract documents for signature as part of finalizing CVS Caremark’ negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers. In this role you will work on a variety of document types and across many contracted relationships. The Senior Analyst will also track document status and work with the team to prioritize documents based on multiple considerations. An ideal candidate will have experience with contract support and document redlining in Microsoft Word as well as familiarity with the pharmacy benefit management space. Someone who is detail oriented, can think critically, and has the utmost integrity. These contracts must accurately reflect CVS Caremark’s current business strategies and must have approval from all respective business units, in accordance with the Contract Review and Approval Process SOP and all current regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
3+ years of contracting experience
3+ years of contract redlining and comparison experience, expert level.
Proficient in excel
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
4-6 years work experience in contracting space or health insurance.
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) knowledge preferred
4+ pharmaceutical manufacturer, or relevant healthcare experience
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of relevant professional qualification.
Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
