Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Role DefinitionThe Senior Manager of Total Rewards with responsibility for U.S. Financial Health provides Total Rewards services to internal customers in support of retirement programs, life insurance and voluntary benefits. The role acts as the functional expert in Financial Health and manages a team of Total Rewards Partners and Senior Partners. The role manages and leads projects and solves complex Total Reward challenges.What You Will Do:

Ensure the Financial Health programs enhance our ability to recruit and retain employees

Review existing programs, propose modification to existing programs or design of new programs to ensure the achievement of a competitive market position aligned with our business and talent objectives

Lead the design and implementation of Financial Health programs including project management, communication, change management and vendor management

Review existing programs, development and implementation of financial education programs providing participants with a strong understanding of their benefit plans and the tools available to them

Lead internal team(s) to ensure delivery of Financial Health programs, processes, and services, ensures compliance with company or legal requirements and securely manages employee data in line with the Cybersecurity Program for Benefit Plans and company policies

Support internal benefit governance as secretary for the Benefit Administrative Committee, support the Benefit Fund Committee and the HIPAA Governance Counsel

Manages external vendors, ensuring delivery of service and operational metrics

What You Have:

Retirement Programs : Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; knowledge of IRS regulations and ERISA requirements related to employee benefit plans; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.

Analytical Thinking : Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.

Managing Multiple Priorities : Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Program Management : Knowledge of the policies and techniques to manage a set of related projects within a program; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control the set of projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve program objectives.

Interpersonal Relationships : Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience desired.
