EquipmentShare is Hiring a Service Manager, Landmark Dealership Enterprise EquipmentShare is searching for an experienced Service Manager for our Landmark Dealerships in our Irving, Fort Worth, McKinney, Cleburne & Waxahachie markets to oversee the performance and the general functions of the service departments. Responsibilities:

P&L responsibility for all five service locations and departments

Attract and retain top quality store service managers

Attract and retain high quality technicians

Ensure Safety procedures and PPE are being used at all times.

Ensure Safety meetings are being completed.

Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel and look for methods to improve

Assist with building skilled service teams, which may require sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, conducting reviews and performance evaluations

Make sure all OEM training is being completed timely.

Identify training needs and implement development. Make sure all company training is being completed timely

Analyze shop tools and special tool needs by location.

Cleanliness and organization of all shop areas, and field service trucks.

Work with Warranty Manager and Service Managers that warranties are filed timely, correctly, and paid.

Create a culture that is positive and productive for everyone in the department.

Identify areas of conflict and determine and implement the appropriate solution for the situation

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with our service and support

Coordinate and supervise the quality performance of our equipment mechanics and service personnel to minimize customer down time

Work closely with Parts to improve parts ordering workflow.

Work closely with OEM service representatives.

Grow field service capabilities and responsibilities.

Assist with rental fleet PM scheduling.

Assist with resolving customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications

Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times

Assist with building skilled service teams, which may require sourcing, interviewing, hiring, training, conducting reviews and performance evaluations

You'll manage operations to maximize the success of the branch and work with General Managers closely to achieve business goals

Effectively, clearly and accurately communicate information so everyone on your team is on the same page

Establish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the position and team members

What You’re Working With:

You have at least 4-5 years of rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.

Experience in retail dealership service management, preferably multi-store.

You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

You are authorized to work in the U.S. (without sponsorship by the employer for a visa).

You have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
