Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable ServiceNow configurations.Responsibilities: Lead the design of ServiceNow solutions including system architecture, data model, integrations, workflows, and automation to meet business objectives. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices and standards are adhered to. Customize and configure ServiceNow platform components such as Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB to align with client needs and industry standards. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, middleware, and scripting languages. Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize ServiceNow configurations to enhance system responsiveness, scalability, and reliability. Ensure ServiceNow implementations comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies, including data security, privacy, and audit standards. Create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders and end-users as needed. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, trends, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other relevant ServiceNow tools and modules. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including process mapping, workflow automation, bot development, and integration with external systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of RPA solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing priorities and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Requirements Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role or similar capacity Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira Solid experience in Backend Development Familiarity with Cloud Technologies including AWS Technologies Strong understanding of Database architecture and management Experience with EO/IR systems Knowledge of AB Testing methodologies Proven experience with Agile Scrum project management methodology Proficiency in API Development Proficient in ASP.NET Must maintain a detail oriented demeanor and uphold company values at all times Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Must be legally eligible to work in the designated location without must be eligible to work in the U.S Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
