This is a top-down directive which has leadership’s primary attention for 2025. The migration entails redoing all Okta app configurations, reissue all API token, migrate each individual app, etc. All this while keeping the user disruption at the minimum. Key responsibilities include the support of core IAM systems (including Okta, Active Directory, Office365), as it pertains to user related operations, and other various applications, as well as managing requests and incidents through PDS’s ticketing system, change control releases via the PDS change management tools (Jira) and documentation through the PDS documentation portal (Confluence). This position will be the main point of contact for Okta for this project, and needs the ability to operate with minimum supervision (i.e. We need someone who is experienced, can juggle multiple issues at once, and can work in a rapid pace without losing focus). Must Haves:Sr. Okta Engineer that has been through mergers or acquisitions specifically4+ years of hands-on Okta experience as the main Okta admin in a company (if the person is not the main admin, the likelihood of them having being exposed to all Okta modules is low / ie. They will only know specific parts, but not the whole picture)Okta Workflows hands-on knowledge is strongly preferred , and constitutes and advantageHands-on Active Directory on user related activities (user creation/updates, distribution lists, Organizational units, etc.o Working (hands-on) knowledge of clouprovisioning strategies (i.e., SCIM, JIT, etc.) Prior experience working with IAM related protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth/OIDC, RADIUS, Kerberos)Prior hands-on experience with writing a basic API endpoint connector (json format, authentication mechanisms, etc.)Skills:Iam, Okta, Powershell, Identity access management, Active directory, office 365Top Skills Details:Iam,Okta,Powershell,Identity access management,Active directory,office 365Additional Skills & Qualifications:Nice to have: Come from Healthcare or retail environmentPowershell scriptingDay to Day tasks:Live in Okta 2 worlds for the duration of this project (aka be comfortable with handling multiple requests at once).
