Apartment Lead Maintenance Tech is responsible for general maintenance and will be responsible for managing maintenance staff. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Must have a MIN. of 1 year of Apartment Lead Maintenance TECH Experience and EPA and CPO Certifications
Will be responsible for overseeing:
· Electrical
· Plumbing
· HVAC (HVAC certification required)
· Carpentry
· Drywall
· Painting
· Appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.
