Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.Requisition ID:36354BRTravel Required:Up to 25%Major/Essential Functions:

Performs office duties and office related activities as assigned. Answers calls/inquiries concerning degree and certification programs.

Reviews files for graduation, communicates with student graduates, prepares graduation list and coordinates with TTU, works with advisors to ensure graduation compliance.

Communicates with administration about graduation completion rates.

Maintains data for reporting.

Coordinates with registrar's office.

Supports coordinator for recommendation and completion.

Support Degreeworks.

Other duties as assigned.

Supervise work study students.

Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, strong customer service skills, strong use of technology for communication and maintaining records, ability to work alone and with others. Use of databases and technology to maintain accurate records.

Positive attitude, ability to make effective decisions in difficult situations, experience with conflict resolution.

Open minded, willing to receive feedback, eye for detail, deductive reasoning.
