We help farmers deliver the best possible outcomes, working to achieve the balance between economic, environmental and social value creation for sustainable and efficient agriculture.This position is responsible to provide administrative support for the Seed Production facility. The main purpose of the position is to assist multiple groups with procurement, safety, and other site management needs identified by site managers. This role would be expected to be familiar with policies, procedures and computer applications required at the site.As a Administrative Assistant, you will

Perform daily data entry of conditioning, production, and consumption, and update consumption data in SAP.

Track and manage inventory of raw materials and initiate restocking when necessary, and order raw materials for production operations.

Process invoices using SAP P2P processes and create Purchase Requisites for Purchase Orders, Service Entries, and Goods Receipts.

Schedule pickup and delivery of raw material orders and maintain site records, documents, and procedures as needed.

Assist with site reports on procurement card reconciliation, transactional accounting with all invoices, and site utility consumption data reporting as required by Global and NA EHS.

Assist vendors with payment status requests and FTE staff with Work Orders, support with travel assistance for plant operation teams and expense reports, purchase and maintain departmental office supplies and inventory, monitor incoming/outgoing mail, phone calls, and site operation, and receive deliveries of parts/supplies and notify appropriate personnel of receipt.

Monitor, track, and provide site contractor hours for EHS safety stats/requirements, enroll new employees in pay clock system, run weekly time reports for employee payrolls, and send to agencies for processing.

If you

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Have a minimum of 5 years of administrative or related experience.

Have a strong knowledge and proficiency in using SAP and the MS Office Suite.

Have knowledge in procurement and experience with purchase orders

Are able to manage daily office functions with short timelines and multiple activities, and are able to handle confidential information.

Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal skills, and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
