Onin Staffing is currently recruiting for an experience Title Clerk for the greater McAllen area.

The Title Clerk will have the following job functions:

- Write license fee refund checks, clean title schedules.

- Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

- Responsible for recording floor plans.

- Write payoff checks for all trade in vehicles, post into accounting system all transmittal amounts.

- Post accounting entries related to all DMV and wholesale transacations.

- Accurately document all title, registration and vehicle owner information on appropriate forms for the Title and License Bureau.

- Complete DMV registration paperwork for sales made at the company.

- Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.

- Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.

- Maintain accurate record-keeping of vehicle inventory and sale information.

- Answer customer inquiries or concerns in person, e-mail, fax or telephone in a promptly and professional manner.

- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles: odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.

- Maintains a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers.

- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

- Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

- Title experience required (Automotive or Trucking)

- Requires office skills including personal computer, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel and Outlook), 10-key and the ability to operate other office equipment.

- Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid organizational and multitasking skills.

- An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem solving skills.

- The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
