What You will Do:Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and PerformanceDrive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirementsDrive the success for metrics, Late to Place, Late to Dock, Delinquent Material, etc.Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements to drive flawless supplier execution for RMD programs and projectsPerform subcontract management of high dollar purchase orders utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirementsPrimary capabilities in subcontract management such as the following will be needed:Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQAnalyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniquesDevelop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)Place Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexityPerform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problemsTravel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary and appropriate to conduct business.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience.Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation or automotive.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
