Associate Surgical – PRN DaysFast-paced, high volume Surgery department is looking for top skilled Surgery Associates for PRN Shifts. Is that you?Location : Texas Health Plano is located at 6020 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093Schedule: PRN Days (As Needed) with shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 7:00pm with some weekend and holiday rotating on-call requirementsSurgery Department highlights:

The professional surgical associate exhibits understanding of basic human needs.

The professional surgical associate demonstrates recognition and understanding of patient’s affiliations.

Here’s What You Need

HS Diploma or Equivalent Required

Previous patient care experience Preferred

BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support

What You Will Do

Provides assistance to surgery department

Completes routine stocking chores.

Restocks warmer with blankets and saline

Change sharps containers

Stocks linen and Expose II, and bags for trash & linen, as well as red bags

Ensures two armboards and safety strap available for case

Stocks & replaces suction liners

Stocks sterile towels in cores and stock masks and OR room gels and sanitizers

Empties soiled linen carts to linen chute
