Data Reporting Analyst (Excel And Tableau PREFERED)

Must be legally eligible for employment in the United States. The client will not sponsor an H-1 or other Visa.A top service provider is in need of a data reporting analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and Data Reporting Tools like Tableau . The analyst will be responsible for running various reports that show cost effective methods to working with third party venders. The goal is to work with venders that aren't creating additional costs for the provider. This role is HYBRID so candidates must be local to the specified market above. Please only apply if you are LOCAL and able to come onsite. Job Responsibilities-

Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.

Reporting: Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data trends and insights.

Data Interpretation: Interpret complex data and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Develop and maintain detailed reports on quality control, locate data, etc., providing feedback to relevant teams and management.

This role will be responsible for collecting a database of 811 contacts across clients footprint and maintaining those contacts.

Track and analyze data on third-party damages to identify trends and potential areas for preventative measures.

Prepare and present regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications-

Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools.

Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data reporting.

Problem-solving: Ability to approach data-related problems and troubleshoot effectively.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to analyze, visualize, and interpret complex data sets.

Experience in creating interactive reports and dashboards that update automatically based on real-time data.

Experience in developing regular reports for executive management, which highlight performance trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all reports and dashboards are accurate and actionable.

Must have experience with MS office suite
