Operatitions Specialist


    • Overseeing a fleet of vehicles across multiple states
    • Managing 100-200 cars
    • Answering customer support inquiries through multiple channels (phone, text, and email), Maintaining necessary documents for vehicles,
    • Scheduling vehicle cleanings and maintenance with third party vendors
    • Scheduling cleanings after vehicles are returned (48 hour buffer to get this done)
    • Scheduling maintenance and/or repairs
    • Working with 3rd party vendors to get the vehicle repaired
    • Providing files for accidents (loss reports, photos)
    • Working with insurance on accidents
    • Working with customers
    • Must know exactly what is going on with their fleet
    • Processing tolls and citations
    • Uploading documents/registrations
    • Will be in and out of multiple systems at once

Must Haves:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel as it is used daily.
      • Experience with PIVOT tables and VLOOKUPS
    • Ability to multi-task while moving quickly,
    • Attention to detail,
    • Organization and Critical Thinking skills
    • Strong Communication skills
    • Ability to work with multiple vendors and coordinate scheduling,
    • Ability to work individually or with a group,
    • Ability to quickly change directions and comfortable with working in a quickly changing environment

    • Tech savvy,
    • Familiar with mobility and car share, vehicle or fleet management background,
    • Any experience in customer support ticketing systems and Customer Relationship Management systems (especially Salesforce and Zendesk),
    • Self-starter
