Job Family: SalesReq ID: 406081Siemens EDA is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful implementation of complex projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in solution deployment and implementation, great communication skills and have knowledge of current solution architectures that support international sales organizations. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for supporting sales teams, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, quality assurance, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines, and track project progress using appropriate project management tools.

Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and effectively communicate project milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage and mitigate project risks by identifying potential issues, analyzing their impact, and implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions.

Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the implemented systems meet the defined requirements and quality standards.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in system implementation projects.

Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Knowledge and experience with business processes (Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash) and associated applications; SalesForce (SFDC) and/or SAP ERP preferred.

SW/Engineering background preferred with real-world leadership of data migration projects highly sought after.

Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $99,000 to $178,200 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
