Description Our North Dallas client is seeking a Functional SAP S4 HANA Business Analyst for a remote, 6+ month project to support their Accounting and Finance organization with their migration from Oracle E-business Suite. This is a very hands-on role that will be responsible for representing the stakeholders in all ERP related meetings, building process maps and business requirements, gap analysis of current state vs functionality in SAP data validation and migration, UAT, and training.Responsibilities: Analyze, evaluate, and re-configure business systems to ensure they meet the company's needs Conduct comprehensive gap analysis to identify areas of improvement within the business processes and functions Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and complete projects efficiently Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents to detail the changes and updates made to the business systems Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and receive feedback on the business systems Implement changes to business systems based on analysis and feedback Monitor the performance of the business systems, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions Ensure the smooth operation and integration of business systems within the organization Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in business systems and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.Requirements Requirements:-Strong understanding of accounting and finance-Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA-Stong communication skills across the organization, written and verbal-Experience with large scale system migrations-Ability to work cross-functionally with the teams with minimal disruption-Twice weekly status reporting and update meetings-Exposure to Agile methodologyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
