Leads daily SOC shift management meetings and supervises SOC Analysts during shiftsOversees and assists SOC Analysts in monitoring threats, including violence, civil unrest, active shooters, travel advisories, open source/dark web threats, reputational risks, and events that could disrupt business operationsConducts investigations and threat assessments, escalating threats as appropriate and notifying relevant parties in accordance with SOC protocolsMonitors Analysts in conducting a broad range of investigations using a variety of tools such as TLOxp, open-source intelligence (OSINT), social media, web tools, public records, business intelligence (BI) tools, proprietary tools, and closed-circuit television (CCTV)Responds to crises and coordinates the initial response by collaborating with the appropriate RSO and Business Unit partnersManages and monitors burglar and fire alarm systems, access controls, and CCTV operationsMonitors alarm signals, uses video verification and historical reviews to determine appropriate actions, and dispatches authorities, initiates repairs, or resolves user errors as neededOversees internal investigations in support of the Safety and Security team and takes initiative to successfully resolve investigations in a timely and efficient mannerSupports law enforcement requests by collecting and distributing requested evidence, such as video footage or point of sale (POS) dataAccurately and concisely reports on incidents of crisis, threats, safety, and security concerns
