Detailed Description:IT Project Coordination working with a Project Manager on private and public sector technology projects.Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist project manager on large projects
Attend meetings, take meeting minutes
Upload meeting notes to Savant
Follow-up on internal and external project tasks
Track Equipment ETAs
Complete NetStage requests
Complete Tech requests/scheduling
Trigger invoicing for services
Upload project documentation to Savant
Coordinate unmanaged or small T&E projects
Submit resource requests
Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings as necessary to initiate T&E engagements
Approve time and expenses monthly
Trigger invoicing for time and expenses monthly
Close T&E project when complete
Create RFP timelines using MS Project templates
Skills and Experience:
Willing to engage in project management training/certification and mentorship within 18 months of being hired
MS Suite experience (MS Project, Excel, Word, One Note, Power Point, etc…)
Strong communication, analytical, technical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
Applicable business experience of 1+ year as a Project Coordinator
