The full Pay Range is $94,500-$176,500 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Additional details regarding BECU Benefits can be found here .IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:The Sr. Enterprise Project Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing the successful completion of highly complex enterprise -wide technology projects, features, and initiatives related to the various business units within the Credit Union. Your contributions will directly impact the execution, planning, and closure of these projects, and you will collaborate with people at all levels of the organization to ensure business outcomes and project scope are defined and documented.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Ensure Appropriate Project Governance : Ensure that the project is governed properly within the organization’s framework.

Define and Document Business Outcomes/Objectives and Project Scope : Clearly define and document the business outcomes/objectives and project scope in line with the Credit Union's objectives.

Lead and Implement Projects : Lead the project team in the successful planning, execution, and implementation of application development and application modernization projects/programs, from initiation through project closure.

Develop Work Plans : Create work plans for complex or specialized technology projects, features, and business initiatives.

Follow Prescribed Project Management Methodologies : Adhere to the prescribed project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, on all projects.

Manage Project Artifacts and Financials : Ensure all project artifacts are documented and manage project financials including creating a budget and forecast.

Manage Resource Plan and External Activities : Create and manage a resource plan for project(s) and manage the activities of external partners and resources working on assigned projects.

Collaborate and Manage Dependencies : Collaborate, communicate, and manage dependencies with other teams and remove impediments to clear the path for the team to work.

Risk Management and Communication : Manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and ensure consistent and timely communication regarding project status, issues, and risks.

Facilitate Release Plans and Go-Live Activities : Facilitate the creation and management of release plans, go-live activities, and support.

Continuous Improvement and Team Environment : Continuously improve project delivery throughout the lifecycle and create a positive and collaborative work environment for project team(s).

Enterprise PMO Processes : Contribute to the continuous improvement of Enterprise PMO processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or computer science or equivalent work or educational experience.

Minimum of 7 years’ experience leading projects or serving in a project management type of role. Experience must include management of enterprise-wide projects.

Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems and remove obstacles from the project path.

Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.

Demonstrated conceptual, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Advanced degree preferred.

Experience managing cloud projects/programs, preferably Azure.

Experience managing projects that involved product creation.

Experience working with third party integration partners.

10 years of experience leading projects preferred.

Project management certifications, e.g. PMP, and relevant education from organizations such as the Project Management Institute or universities, preferred.
