Overview
This position supports Texas Capital Bank Warehouse Lending Clients, acting as a central point of contact between the client, sales staff, and internal Texas Capital Bank departments.
This person will create complex legal agreements and ensure that all supporting documentation is complete, assist new clients with application and on-boarding, initiate and complete existing client renewals, and facilitate line increases and term extensions.
This person must be highly organized, able to prioritize activities, and independently manage a very active portfolio of clients, while adhering to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
Support a portfolio of Warehouse Lending clients
Act as point of contact for any updates to client’s profile or credit facility
Interact with client’s senior management, Relationship Manager and Credit Underwriting for questions regarding on-boarding, credit renewal, facility increases and term extensions
Responsible for hands-on resolution of client issues and daily client needs
Respond quickly to heavy email volumes and phone inquiries from various sources
Complete credit facility on-boarding annual renewal process
Manage a pipeline of new and existing client renewals in varying states of completeness
Monitor tasks to ensure process is finished prior to deadline
Accurately assemble documentation and interact with all parties (Credit Underwriting, Relationship Manager, Management, IT, and client), acting as subject matter expert on client’s file
Accurately track documentation to ensure proper procedures are followed and work is completed within the allotted timeframe
Review client insurance binders and policies to ensure proper compliance with bank policies
Complete UCC-1 and UCC-3 filings to maintain bank’s collateral position
Properly code and image agreements and supporting documentation for online record retention
Prepare complex legal documents including Mortgage Warehouse Agreements and various addenda
Possess a general knowledge of entity structures necessary to review client’s formation and governance documents
Understand, interpret and respond to client and attorney questions
Analyze and synthesize complex legal document language
Manage Mortgage Warehouse Agreements; ensure all documents are properly executed by client and bank management
Support field-based Relationship Managers as needed
Qualifications
3 - 5 years in client services / account management in the financial services and / or mortgage industry
Bachelor Degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills : ability to communicate with C-level executive clients via phone, email, and written correspondence;
ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
Outstanding time management skills
Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
Well organized and very detail-oriented to handle heavy workload
Ability to work independently, while handling multiple tasks in varying states of completion
Ability to manage work activity on a client’s on-boarding or renewal over several months through to completion
Must be able to handle interruptions and shift workload priorities quickly to respond to client needs
Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize information as well as multitask under pressure
General knowledge of entity documents and structure for Corporations, LLC’s, Partnerships and Trusts
Some Commercial insurance policy knowledge preferred
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Additional Computer Skills : Fiserv, CT Lien, ACT, Microsoft Access
Mortgage warehouse lending experience, commercial lending experience, or knowledge of mortgage industry is preferred
