Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Customer Experience Specialist. This role is based in Richardson, Texas and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be engaging with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders to provide information and answer inquiries about our products and resources. You will be responsible for order entry, order management, and customer care.Responsibilities: Provide accurate information to customers and sales team members regarding our products, resources, pricing, and availability. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear communication and expectations, and timely shipping of orders. Communicate proactively with customers, Rep firms, and Sales agencies regarding any expectations that may not be met. Assist customers in navigating and utilizing our website. Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products during customer-initiated contact. Enter orders received via our preferred channels, and monitor order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems. Expedite the delivery of selected orders as needed and perform backend order maintenance to ensure efficient order processing. Maintain current knowledge of all company products/brands and processes. Provide guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff and document procedures as required. Support committed accounts and/or sister-companies to ensure delivery of exceptional service and to build commitment and satisfaction. This includes responsibilities assigned such as EDI. Understand workplace hazards and take proactive steps to prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Requirements Must possess strong skills in Purchase Orders Exceptional Customer Service skills are required Proven experience in a customer-facing role Proficiency in using customer relationship management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm Must be a team player with a positive attitude Knowledge of industry’s latest technology trends and applications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
