Find your future with us.Boeing Defense Space and Security is seeking a broad range of experience levels to include Mid-Level and Senior Supply Chain Specialists to join Special Projects of Dallas - Hardware Processing Center, Dock and Supply Chain Team located in Richardson, TX.The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, supply chain, mentorship, proposal development, procurement, and rework & repair of aircraft hardware.Position Responsibilities:

Lead and administer post-production requests for quotes containing long lead times, high value and/or lengthy bills of material.

Lead activities for economy of purchases. Lead and monitor customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.

Lead the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.

Initiate recommendations for repair sourcing decisions. Oversees the processing and documentation of repair items and warranties.

Conduct supplier/customer presentations and program reviews. Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.

This position does not allow telecommuting. This position is expected to be 100% onsite in Richardson, TX.This position requires an active U.S. Top Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 or more years of experience with CAPRs and GOLDesp

3 or more years of experience working in the supply chain field

Basic knowledge on use of ARES. (Accelerated Receiving Execution System)

Basic Knowledge on use of TEAM Center

Basic knowledge on use of Haystack

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Typical Education/Experience:Mid-Level (Level 3)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Lead (Level 4)Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.
