Job Summary:
Responsible for efficiently processing subcontractor documents and providing support for project field teams as well as subcontractors.
Work closely with your Subcontract Manager to ensure all administrative needs are met on your projects.
Use various software applications to maintain all subcontract documentation on multiple projects.
Heavy communication with Subcontractors.
Notification and coordination of Subcontractor funding.
Job Requirements :
High School Graduate
2 to 3 years office administration experience
Excellent computer skills
Ability to become proficient in various computer software applications
HW software currently being used in the subcontract administration department are: Viewpoint, pVault and GCPay.
Knowledge of Bluebeam
Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Construction experience preferred, but not required
