RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to remotely support our enterprise technology client based in Austin, TX.

Join us as a Senior Product Designer to become an advocate for users by conducting research, identifying customer goals and pain points, then creating, iterating, and testing potential solutions to meet their needs.
What You'll Achieve:
Our Senior Product Designers are outcome-driven design practitioners that lead product research, strategy, information architecture development, and interaction design to create products that inspire and delight. They're able to discover, understand, and communicate the emotional desires of our customers and balance these with defined business outcomes and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategy and execution on large and small products and services by using human-centered design practices to drive quantifiable business outcomes
Actively plan and facilitate product sprints, strategy, experience mapping, research, design workshops, and meetings to act on behavioral evidence
Effectively present objective rationale to partners for design decisions
Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and conduct field research, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing
Produce personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, experience prototypes, testing plans, and pixel-perfect design specifications
Produce high quality design artifacts that can serve as a benchmark
Experienced in usability testing, design analytics, and strategy
Educates partners like product management and engineering
Can reframe industry best practices
Assist with recruiting and hiring even at a leadership level
REQUIREMENTS:
Must include an online or PDF portfolio with their application for consideration
An exemplar communicator with excellent facilitation, coordination, and organization skills, including presentations to stakeholders
Ability to cross-collaborate with partner design teams within the organization
Ability to apply empathy-first and a "yes, and" mindset as a contributor
A seasoned practitioner with experience in enterprise-level, data-driven, and human-centered product/service design
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Xd, and/or Sketch
Desirable:
Experienced in working with developers and product managers
Experienced at defining problems and objectives through data, research, and understanding of customers, and letting those objectives inform elegant, practical solutions
Experience working with design systems
An understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies
