Job description
We are seeking Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s manufacturing and installation operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational systems, processes and best practices
Schedule projects and oversee shop efficiency
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase quality of product
Find ways to increase product output
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Proficient at scheduling and forecasting workflow
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills
We are a small manufacturing and installation company of architectural wood products, we run a semi-automated fabricating shop with 8-10 shop personal.
