Description Our client is in need of an Administrative Assistant in San Antonio, Texas. This position is within the telecom industry, providing support in a variety of administrative tasks. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where the individual will be based in a professional workplace setting.Responsibilities: Answering inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service Performing data entry tasks to maintain and update records accurately Handling email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to create documents, manage schedules, and present data Scheduling appointments and managing calendars efficiently Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Excellent customer service skills Experience with answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls Ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently Proficient in email correspondence Capability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of professionalism and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must have attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
