Business AnalystJob Description:As a the Business Analyst you will be responsible for building relationships between business units, Information Technology Services, and application development/support teams. This position serves as the conduit between the business units, Information Technology Services, internal/external stakeholders, and support Information Technology Services. The Business Intelligence Analyst(BIA) understands current business and system processes. The BIA can develop/document business user requirements, create process flows, and create workflows as needed. Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (including donors) through established feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes. Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the field of assignment.
Requires 2+ years of experience creating business requirements and process documentation experience.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with the Microsoft Office suite and MS Visio.
Minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience, to include writing working knowledge of various SDLC methodologies.
Knowledge of information technology service management concepts and methodologies, business process analysis and reengineering, and project management processes and methodologies
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Preferred
Certified Business Intelligence Professional Preferred
Information Technology Infrastructure Library 4 (ITIL 4) Preferred

May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend to include being on‐call.
