As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will:
Diagnose and treat routine medical conditions in kids and adults, and prescribe medications when necessary.
Perform basic procedures like suturing, IM injections, IV fluids and phlebotomy.
Operate under the guidelines and/or protocols set forth by the company
Respond promptly and courteously to patients who call on Remedy for services.
Properly document the patient encounter for good clinical documentation, reimbursement, and liability.
Easily interact with EHR, Remedy app and mobile website.
Stay current with all required licensing and certifications.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
Current license from TMB with NCCPA Certification, or License from the Texas State Board of Nursing.
Minimum 2 years urgent care or ER experience with excellent references.
Great interpersonal skills and friendly disposition.
