Find your future with us.Boeing is currently looking for a Quality Systems Specialist (Associate or Experienced ) to join their team in San Antonio, TX to support the Global Warehouse and Logistics (GW&L) Supply Chain Quality organization under the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.The selected candidates are responsible for, but not limited to, performing tasks in the areas including Quality Specialist support at multiple sites and Programs, partnering with customers for discrepancy resolution, being actively engaged in improvement projects and corrective actions. First Pass Quality is a top priority when work is completed.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.Position Responsibilities:

Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development

Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed

Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems

Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation

Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, to continuously improve process capability

Conducts hardware, software and system level audits to determine compliance with quality management system standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements and reports results to management

Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years’ experience in Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes

3+ years’ with root cause analysis and corrective action methods

3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

3+ years of experience with AS9100 or similar QMS (Quality Management Systems)

1+ years of experience with process or value stream mapping

Excellent organization skills, communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Experience working multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years’ of experience in a formal or information team leadership role

Knowledge of, or experience working with DCMA (Defense Contract Management Agencies)

Experience working in a cross functional work environment

5+ years’ experience in Quality / AS9100 / Quality Processes

5+ years’ with root cause analysis and corrective action methods

5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills

5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

5+ years of experience with AS9100 or similar QMS (Quality Management Systems)

3+ years of experience with process or value stream mapping

Typical Education & Experience:Associate (Level 2):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).Experienced (Level 3):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:This position does not offer relocation.
