Primary Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate receipt and process IT asset tag requests for purchase order receiving, related to multi-state customers
  • Ensure assigned IT asset tag(s) are affixed to IT asset during receiving process and prepare IT asset for delivery and maintain the ServiceNow IT Asset Management Module to ensure appropriate IT asset record creation during receipt process
  • Maintains IT asset records in ServiceNow. Maintains digital and physical IT asset management files for record retention
  • Maintains database record of various types of IT asset transactions
  • Positions in this function provide technical support to the enterprise
  • This function includes employees working on incident management response and restoration; determination of issue priority, provisioning, and service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases/deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution. It also includes data center construction, operations, and maintenance employees

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Skilled in providing good customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Lifting 50 lbs unassisted
  • Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
  • You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
  • If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas, In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to transfer inventory stock from one location to another
  • Shipping and receiving experience
  • Ability to review asset management operations for compliance
  • Ability to follow prescribed inventory control standards
  • Skilled in using a computer and Microsoft office Suite software
