Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring high-performance, innovative solutions that drive the future of aviation.What You’ll DoAs a Structural & Payload Design Engineer , you’ll be at the forefront of developing, integrating, and documenting structural and interior payload system requirements. Your role will include:
Design and Development : Use advanced 3D CAD tools like Catia and ENOVIA to develop and modify structural and interior payload system components, ensuring all designs meet performance specifications.
System Integration : Integrate analytical and test results to verify that systems and components meet the required specifications.
Supplier Management : Oversee and coordinate supplier development, testing, and production activities to ensure successful design implementation and optimization.
Process Improvement : Develop new design and analysis processes to enhance the efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of the development efforts.
Emerging Technologies : Investigate new technologies and innovative concepts to guide the development of future product designs.
Collaboration : Work closely with other engineering teams, production operations, suppliers, and external customers to deliver design solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Problem-Solving : Rapidly resolve design and development challenges, ensuring that production schedules and requirements are met.
Who We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
Expertise in rapid problem resolution and conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design .
Proficiency in Catia and ENOVIA for designing and creating 3D deliverables.
Experience with NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and factory support .
Strong liaison and customer support experience, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering drawings and specifications .
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with aircraft design .
Familiarity with advanced aircraft design concepts and challenges.
