PDS Tech Commercial is seeking talented engineers to work onsite at facility in San Antonio, TX , where you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge aircraft structures and interior payload systems .Key Responsibilities:
Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design.
Design, modify, and maintain structural and payload components using CATIA and ENOVIA tools.
Provide product definition and engineering support to production teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Lead test performance, integration, and analysis to verify systems meet requirements and specifications.
Manage supplier development, testing, and production activities , ensuring alignment with program goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve engineering challenges quickly and efficiently .
Investigate and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation in future aircraft designs .
Required Skills & Qualifications:
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Strong expertise in CATIA, ENOVIA, factory support, and customer support .
Experience with rapid problem resolution, NCR processes, and engineering drawings interpretation .
Background in conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design , including 2D drawings and 3D deliverables .
Preferred Qualifications:
Aircraft design experience , particularly with commercial and military derivatives .
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , handling complex engineering challenges.
