In this role you will drive technology outcomes by leading the end-to-end delivery of IT and critical environments infrastructure projects that improve security across our global portfolio. Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and business development to identify risks and opportunities.
Develop strategies and execution plans to deliver against published Objective Key Results (OKRs).
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for datacenter infrastructure projects.
Be the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) between regional leadership and key stakeholder teams to communicate progress, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Ability to think logically; excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience in planning and delivering core infrastructure projects to support critical environment such as physical security, electronic power and maintenance, and building automation.
Experience in applying industry standard project and program management methodologies and disciplines to increase efficiency and scalability.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Previous datacenter exposure/experience with operations, planning, and engineering.

Attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing.
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries.
Industry standard certifications such PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-CP, PMI-RMP
Technical acumen, with the ability to solve both technical and non-technical problems.
Proven ability to lead large, cross-organizational, technical infrastructure deployment projects.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
